An all-star line up closes Da Camera Society's 45th season of Doheny Soirees with a violinist known for “capturing the spirit of the music astonishingly” (Liberty Times Taiwan), a cellist touted as “a ground-breaking young artists” (Los Angeles Magazine), a violist who emphasizes “not just the subtle emotion, but the humanity hidden in the music” (San Diego Union Tribune) and a pianist who brings “playing of inspired virtuosity" (The Plain Dealer, Cleveland). They perform Schumann’s masterful piano quartet (in E-flat major, Op. 47), along with quartets of Mozart ( in g, K. 478), and Bridge (Phantasy, H. 94).
